PRICE: Prices shown are list prices and subject to change without notice

MINIMUM ORDER: No minimum order required. All items are sold as described including prepaid shipping unless minimum dollar amount is ordered as described below. 

LOCAL DELIVERY:  No minimum order required.  All items are sold as described and will be delivered in person once buyer and Florida Restaurant & Kitchen Supplies agree on date and delivery time. 

FULFILMENT & SHIPPING: Orders will be fulfilled and shipped with 2 business days after received.  Florida Restaurant & Kitchen Supplies will ship using a common carrier and will notify customer tracking numbers via email once order is fulfilled. 

FREE SHPPING: Orders equal or over $1,000.00 net will be shipped freight pre-paid via common carrier selected by Florida Restaurant & Kitchen Supplies. Otherwise will be shipped freight prepaid-add

DAMAGES & SHORTAGES: If shortage or damage happens, notify Florida Restaurant & Kitchen Supplies within 48 hours of receiving. Otherwise it will be the sole responsibility of the customers.

RETURNS: Returns are not acceptable without authorization from Florida Restaurant & Kitchen Supplies.  Authorized returns must be shipped prepaid to:

Goods must be returned in the original cartons and in resellable condition. Returned goods are subject to a 25% restocking charge

 

We issue a credit or refund once the condition of the item is confirmed.
