Our Policies


Delivery / Pick-up

Delivery is typically scheduled one day before your event with pick-up one day after the event. Because we charge for time of use and not for time out of inventory, we can offer some flexibility to make the delivery convenient for you.
For will-call, you’ll need to pick up the order between 9:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. at our warehouse location. Early/Late pick-up or drop-off needs to be communicated in advance to plan accordingly. No will-call fee will be charged.

For delivery, fees are based on a distance of 15 miles and the drive time of the delivery address from our warehouse. Delivery fees over 15 miles from our warehouse will be communicated prior to signing the rental agreement. Delivery includes round-trip for drop-off and round-trip for pick-up. Delivery fees assume delivery will be made between 9:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Late/early delivery fees apply after 5:00 p.m. and before 9:30 a.m. Please call us for specific rates for your address.

All delivery prices are for drop-off to the nearest ground-level area of the parking location. Please note that additional charges will be added if items need to be carried to a location other than the nearest ground-level area to the parking site.
All items should be returned at the location and manner you received them.



All prices are for a 1-3 day rental period, taking weekends into consideration. We do not charge a "per day" rate. If you wish to rent items for an extended time, we would happily quote you our long-term prices.
Booking a rental should take place at least 20 days in advance in order to ensure product availability. A 50% deposit is due at the time you place your order. No order is confirmed until we receive the deposit. The remaining balance is due 10 days prior to delivery.
Orders placed less than 10 days from the delivery date must be paid in full and are subject to product availability.
We accept all major credit cards; payments may be made online via a payment link for your convenience.

A damage waiver is a mandatory charge that covers incidental damage to the rented items such as dents, chips in the glassware or dinnerware, and scratches to the flatware. It does NOT cover gross misuse or neglect that results in breakage or damage that can not be repaired, nor does it cover missing rented items. This charge is non-refundable.


Changes & Cancellation Policy

We ask that all quantities be finalized 10 days prior to delivery when final payment is made. Quantities that are decreased by more than 20% are subject to cancellation charges.  Items may be added to the order (as long as they are available) up until we start the delivery process in our warehouse at no additional charge. Items added after that time will be charged an additional delivery fee.
al order items must be confirmed 2 weeks prior to the event. After this time, if additional special order items are needed, additional charges will apply, including rush delivery fees.


Once your reservation has been confirmed with your 50% down payment, all monies are non-refundable.
Full payment of your order is due 10 days prior to delivery and no refunds will be made after your final payment is received.
Special order items must be confirmed 2 weeks prior to delivery and are not subject to cancellation after this time.
